Justin is the Senior Vice President of Financial Services and Director of Operations at Coker Group, a healthcare consulting firm. He and his family are actively involved in a variety of ministries at their church. He and his wife Allison have three children.

Winston is the adviser and part owner in a niche financial planning company that renders advice on biblical principles. He serves as an elder in one of our partner churches in Pasir Panjang and is also a liaison elder to the Sunset International Bible Institute in Singapore. He and his wife actively mentor young adults and enjoy spending time with their three children.

Dr. Brad Crisp | Abilene, TX
Brad is the Vice Chairman of the Board for MRN. He is the Dean of the College of Business Administration at Abilene Christian University. His education includes a BBA in accounting from ACU and an MBA and Ph.D. from the University of Texas at Austin. He previously worked in public accounting and as a professor at Indiana University. Brad and his wife Jennifer have two sons.

Ron is the Secretary of the Board for MRN and is the Minister of Church Planting at his church. He and his wife Marilyn served as missionaries in Manila in the Republic of the Philippines.

Van is the Chairman of the Board for MRN and a retired PricewaterhouseCoopers partner. He is a graduate of Abilene Christian University and former elder at a church in Coppell, TX. He previously served as a Board of Trustee for Fosters Children’s Home in Stephenville, TX and Christian Works for Children in Dallas.
Earl Lavender, Ph.D. | Nashville, TN
Earl is Professor and Director of Missions for Lipscomb University. He teaches classes in missions, spiritual formation, faith and culture, and church history. He completed his BS and MA at Lipscomb and his Ph.D. at St. Louis University. He has ministered in Illinois, Tennessee, and Italy. He and his wife, Rebecca, have three children and three grandchildren.

Carol is an active member of her church and her husband Steve serves as an elder. She is Bible class teacher and former missions committee member. Together, Carol and Steve teach Bible classes on marriage and parenting.

Michelle is a Pediatrician practicing at Castle Hills Pediatrics in Carrollton, TX. She and her husband Randy are active in medical missions and serve as mentors to young families. Michelle also serves on the Board of Trustees of ChristianWorks for Children.

Vittorio is a medical doctor and specialist in anesthesiology, intensive care, and pain therapy. He lives and works in Rome, Italy. Since 1975, he has been a member of his church in Rome where he serves as a preacher and elder. Author of five Christian books, he has preached in more than 30 countries in Europe, the United States, Asia, and Africa. Vittorio and his wife, Tonia, have two children, Riccardo and Virginia.
