Day 14
Having spent time praying over nations, let’s zoom back in and pray for one – or rather two.
Aala and her young son are Iranian asylum seekers. Along the refugee pipeline, they were in Athens, Greece, where they were first connected to Peter and Rie (whom I mentioned back on March 2), and Aala served with them for a couple of years. She and her son arrived in Birmingham, England, over a year ago, where they got to know Ethan and Sarah. However, they have not settled into the UK as easily as Greece. Please pray for Aala and her son to have their asylum claim accepted, to find purpose in God’s Kingdom again, and to grow deeper in faith and spiritual maturity.
While you are at it, please pray for the many like Aala, who, by God’s grace, discovered Jesus first through one set of MedRim workers and are now connected with others. May God be glorified throughout the MedRim this way!
